Terms & Conditions for Chiliz Cashback Offer

Terms and Condition of the Chiliz Cashback Offer (‘Feature’) provided by HX Entertainment Limited, 14 East, Level 7, Sliema Road, Gzira, GZR1639, Malta (the ‘Promoter’).

  1. When will the Feature be made available?
    The Feature shall be launched on 16th October 2020 and shall remain available until further notice by the Promoter.
  2. Who is eligible to benefit from the Feature?
    Only registered Socios account holders who are KYC level 3 verified or higher and satisfy at least one of the Fan Token Thresholds as defined in clause 3 below are eligible. Only one (1) submission per Socios account holder can be made in respect of the one-time ‘Welcome Offer’ and in any given month for 10% and 20% Cashbacks respectively as indicated in Clause 3 below.

  1. How can I participate in the Feature and benefit from the Cashback?
    Besides satisfying the Fan Token Thresholds mentioned in clause 3 above, you must take a photo/screenshot of the receipt evidencing the purchase from the relevant Socios partner’s official store or official online shop and submit it via the dedicated form on the Socios.com app. The receipt must clearly show the following details: (i) date (ii) vendor/online shop details and (iii) purchase value and (iv) items purchased. The Promoter will verify the purchase and receipt received and if satisfied, will deposit the $CHZ Cashback amount. The Promoter reserves the right to request resubmission if the photo uploaded is unclear. The Promoter reserves the right to request further information to verify the purchase and shall have absolute discretion whether to accept or decline the cashback request.
    The Promoter does not accept any liability for any submissions not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
  2. Is the Cashback applicable on ALL partner products purchased online?
    No, the Cashback cannot be claimed on match ticket purchases or stadium tour tickets
  3. How is the $CHZ cashback amount calculated? How shall I receive the $CHZ cashback?
    The $CHZ Cashback amount is calculated as a percentage of the purchase value up to the maximum amounts as indicated in Clause 3 above. The actual $CHZ amount to be awarded may be rounded up or down by the Promoter at its sole discretion. The $CHZ tokens awarded shall be deposited directly in the user’s Socios.com account via airdrop within a period of sixty (60) days.
  4. Other applicable terms
    1. The Promoter shall not be responsible for expenses which you may incur in connection with the participation of the Feature or redemption of the Cashback.
    2. The Cashback is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
    3. Due to the recent outbreak of Corona Virus (COVID-19), should the Feature be reasonably difficult to execute or impossible, then the Cashback may not be delivered to the participant in which eventuality, the Promoter shall not be responsible for any expenses or damages whatsoever sustained by the participant in connection with the Campaign. 
    4. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Feature and/or Cashback is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
    5. Users participating in the Feature are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. If any user is caught cheating o abusing of the Feature or in any way acting in breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to (i) refuse to award the Cashback and (ii) take any further action including the confiscation of Fan Tokens from the user’s Socios.com account and/or temporary suspension of the Socios.com account.
    6. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Feature where and when it deems fit or becomes necessary to do so.
    7. By participating in the Feature, participants accept and agree to participate in publicity material related to the Cashback and this Feature which may include the publication of the participant’s name, age and image (including social media) both for Socios and for Chiliz.
    8. Personal data supplied during the running of the Feature may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for the fulfilment of the Cashback.
    9. Participation and conduct of the Feature shall be governed by Maltese law and entrants to the Campaign submit to the jurisdiction of the Maltese Courts.
    10. The Promoter is the data controller and processor in respect of any personal data collected and such data shall be processed strictly in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy available from https://www.socios.com/privacy-policy-socios/ 
    11. The Socios.com App terms and conditions will apply and participants are expected to read them. The Promoter shall in no case be held responsible for any omission or commission of wrongful acts by any third party.
