A: Registration for the UK Fan Token Cup: Villa Park is now open. You have until May 23rd 2023 to submit your entry.

A: There are four spots available for the UK Fan Token Cup: Villa Park. Three spots to be filled “create a team” option, and one spot will be filled by “join a team” option which will randomly pair fans to form a team of six players.

A: All eligible teams and individuals will be entered into a draw. The winners will be drawn at random.

A: The winners will be contacted via email or phone.

A: Each team can have a maximum of 6 players and minimum of 5.

A: When you create a team, you are the team captain and responsible for assembling a group of players and deciding the team name. Joining a team means you’ll be randomly paired with other fans looking for a team. This option is ideal if you can’t get a group of friends together to play with, but still want to participate in the UK Fan Token Cup.

A: In “create a team” option, you need to hold 1 Aston Villa Fan Token, while the rest of your team also require 1 Aston Villa Fan Token each. In the “Join a team” option, you require 1 Aston Villa Fan Token.

A: A Fan Token is a tradable digital asset that allows you to access exclusive competitions and campaigns, participate in official team decisions, win once-in-a-lifetime experiences, play exclusive games, and more. 

A: Yes, you are only required to hold on to your Fan Token until the end of the tournament. But why would you wanna do that?

A: Yes, you can participate as long as you are able to attend the event.

A: Transportation and accommodations will not be provided for participants. It is the responsibility of each team to make their own arrangements for travel and lodging.

A: Each team plays 5 matches in a round-robin format. The team with the most number of points wins the tournament.

A: If two teams end up with the same number of points, the winner will be determined based on the goal difference. If the goal difference is also tied, the team with the most goals will be declared the winner. In the unlikely event that both goal difference and goals scored are tied, a final match will be played to determine the winner.

A: Teams can make unlimited substitutions during a match. Substitutions can only be made when the ball is out of play, and the substituted player must leave the pitch before the substitute enters.

A: Socios.com will be providing each team with a set of shirts to wear during the tournament. Shorts, socks and football boots will not be provided.

A: The “Ultimate Away Day” is the prize awarded to each of the 6 tournament champions. It consists of a trip to a European destination to watch one of Socios.com’s partner clubs in action.

A: Socios.com clubs based in Europe.

A: The prize package includes return flights from the UK to a European city where a Socios.com club plays, accommodation for the duration of the trip, and a hospitality ticket to a 23/24 league match at a selected partner club (subject to availability). The prize is for team members of the winning team only.

A: The European destination will be determined based on the Socios.com club that the tournament champions will be watching. It will be a city where the chosen club is playing.

A: The duration of the trip will depend on the specific match and travel arrangements.

A: VIP hospitality treatment includes premium seating, an exclusive lounge area, and complimentary food and beverages. The specific details may vary depending on the partner club and the match.

A: The dates for the trip may be subject to availability and the schedule of the partner club’s matches.

A: No, the prize is strictly for members of the winning team.
