1. Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is offered only to legal United States residents of a 75 mile radius of Los Angeles, California, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Eligible Entrants”). Employees of Socios Services USA, Inc. (“Socios.com”) (“Sponsor”), (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and The Los Angeles Kings Hockey Club, L.P a/k/a Los Angeles Kings (“Kings”), or any of the Sweepstakes Entities’ advertising agencies, officers, directors, agents and employees and their immediate family or household members (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win a prize. A person cannot be an Eligible Entrant or winner if such person is a person: (a) with whom U.S. persons or entities are restricted from doing business under regulations of the Office of Foreign Asset Control (“OFAC”) of the Department of the Treasury (including those named on OFAC’s Specially Designated and Blocked Persons List) or under any statute or executive order; or (b) who is acting, directly or indirectly, for or on behalf of any such person. 2. Sweepstakes Period
Sweepstakes period begins on March 13th, 2023 at time of posting on the US Socios.com Instagram page @SociosUSA and ends on March 16th, 2023 at 11:59:59 a.m. Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
3. Entry
You may enter by going to www.instagram.com/sociosusa and performing the following: (1) follow the Instagram user @SociosUSA, (2) clicking the like button in the post in the link, and (3) providing a comment/tag in the post in the link. Upon completing the entry method, and subject to the conditions below, you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. Proof of entry submission does not equate to proof of receipt. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS). 4. Drawing
Six (6) drawings in total will be conducted by Socios daily during the day of March 16th, 2023 . Six ( 6) Winners (“Winners”) will be selected randomly by Socios.com from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winners of drawing will be notified by text, email, telephone, direct message, overnight carrier or regular mail within approximately twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will randomly be selected from the eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Fulfillment agent must speak with the potential winner.
5. Prize/Odds
In accordance with these Official Rules, Six (6) Winners (the “Winners”) will be awarded the following prize: two (2) Suite Level tickets to the regular season home game for the Los Angeles Kings versus the St. Louis Blues on March 26, 2023 (the “Prize”) (approximate retail value of each Prize: $300. Approximate retail value of all Prizes: $1,800.00). Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted except by the Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability.
6. General Conditions
Winner may be required to execute and return a Publicity Waiver/Release within three (3) days of notification of the prize, where lawful. Failure to return document timely, or if prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, Winner may be disqualified with an alternate winner selected. The Prize cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash. Unless otherwise set forth herein, each Winner shall be solely responsible for any and all costs not specifically described as part of the Prize including any and all of his/her travel expenses and accommodations. 9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any game or any prize, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of these Official Rules or any part of it (each, a “Dispute”), both parties shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party describing the facts and circumstances of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party thirty (30) days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute.
