1. Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is offered only to legal United States residents within 75 miles of the city of Sacramento, California, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Eligible Entrants”). Employees of Socios Services USA, Inc. (“Socios”) (“Sponsor”), (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), or any of the Sweepstakes Entities’ advertising agencies, officers, directors, agents and employees and their immediate family or household members (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win a prize. A person cannot be an Eligible Entrant or winner if such person is a person: (a) with whom U.S. persons or entities are restricted from doing business under regulations of the Office of Foreign Asset Control (“OFAC”) of the Department of the Treasury (including those named on OFAC’s Specially Designated and Blocked Persons List) or under any statute or executive order; or (b) who is acting, directly or indirectly, for or on behalf of any such person. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, immediate family members are defined as spouse, partner, parents, legal

2. Sweepstakes Periods
Sweepstakes period begins on November 28th, 2022 at time of registering on the following US Socios landing page to https://usa.socios.com/cocaptainofthegame and ends on March 17th, 2023 at 11:59:59 a.m. Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
3. Entry
You may enter by going to https://usa.socios.com/cocaptainofthegame, after clicking on this website, you will have the option to enter your (full name, email address, zip code) to enter the contest. Upon completing the entry method, and subject to the conditions below, you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. Proof of entry submission does not equate to proof of receipt. Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules.
LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS). If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be entered into the Sweepstakes, and all other entries will be disregarded. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner(s) may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected or illegible entry; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/Website/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention. No mass entries or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. All entries become the exclusive property of Socios Services USA, Inc. and will not be returned or acknowledged. Socios Services USA, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes without notice if, in Socios Services USA, Inc. sole discretion, the Sweepstakes becomes infected or otherwise corrupted.
4. Drawing
SIx (6) drawings in total will be conducted by the Socios during the period of November 28th through March 17, 2023. SIx (6) Winners (“Winners”) will be selected randomly by the Socios from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winners of drawing will be notified by text, email, telephone, direct message, overnight carrier or regular mail within approximately twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will randomly be selected from the eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Fulfillment agent must speak with the potential winner.
5. Prize/Odds
In accordance with these Official Rules, Six (6) Winner (the “Winners”) will be awarded the following prize: 4 tickets to an NBA regular season games (dates listed below) as well as as an opportunity to meet the captains for the Sacramento Kings & visiting team on court during pregame festivities,(the “Prize”) (approximate retail value: Game Tickets $300, Value of the Co-Captain Experience $2500). Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted except by the Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability.

6. General Conditions
Winner may be required to execute and return a Publicity Waiver/Release within three (3) days of notification of the prize, where lawful. Failure to return document timely, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, Winner may be disqualified with an alternate winner selected. The Prize cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash. Unless otherwise set forth herein, each Winner shall be solely responsible for any and all costs not specifically described as part of the Prize including any and all of his/her travel expenses and accommodations. Where permitted by law, Winner agrees to grant Socios the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such

9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any game or any prize, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of these Official Rules or any part of it (each, a “Dispute”), both parties shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party describing the facts and circumstances of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party thirty (30) days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute. Notice of a Dispute shall be sent to: (a) Sponsor, at SOCIOS 8275 S Eastern Avenue, Suite #200-648, LAS VEGAS NV 89123, or (b) winner or eligible entrant, at the address on file for winner or entrant. Winner, eligible entrant, and Sponsor agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent that must be satisfied before initiating any litigation or filing any claim against the other party. RESOLUTION PROCEDURE, YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR SUCH DISPUTE WILL BE DECIDED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AS DESCRIBED BELOW. The award determined by the arbitration will be final and binding, except for any right of appeal provided by the Federal Arbitration Act, and may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over the parties for purposes of enforcement. The place of such arbitration shall be the State of Nevada. Any Disputes not subject to the arbitration provision discussed above shall be resolved
exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in the State of Nevada and winner, eligible entrant expressly consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts for purposes of litigating any such claim or action. Each participant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of Nevada.
