1. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is offered only to legal United Kingdom residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Eligible Entrants”). Employees of Socios.com (“Socios”) (“Sponsor”), (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Ultimate Fighting Championship L.L.C (“UFC”), UFC Marketing, LLC, any UFC Fighter (collectively, the “UFC Entities”), or Socios.com. (“Sponsor” and collectively with the UFC Entities, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period
Sweepstakes period begins on March 13, 2023 at time of posting on the @SociosFighting Twitter page and ends on March 16, 2023 at 11:59:59 a.m. GMT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
3. Entry
6 (Six) Tickets (3 Pairs) can be redeemed Via Socios.com Fan Rewards: 25 $UFC tokens required – Package includes two (2) tickets. Fan Rewards auction starting price is 400k SSU. Reverse auction to go live on Friday evening 19:00hrs GMT and price will start to drop from Saturday evening by 500 SSU every 5 minutes. Auction should last 2d 15h and 20m until it gets to the floor price.
A Further 6 (Six) tickets (3 pairs) can be won via the Socios.com app. Completing the relevant entry information required on the UFC Page. Upon completing the entry method, and subject to the conditions below, you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. Proof of entry submission does not equate to proof of receipt. Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules.
LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS). If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be entered into the Sweepstakes, and all other entries will be disregarded. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner(s) may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected or illegible entry; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/Website/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention. No mass entries or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Any attempts by an individual to access the Website via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible. Sponsor will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes without notice if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the Sweepstakes becomes infected or otherwise corrupted.
4. Drawing
Three (3) drawing in total will be conducted by Sponsor daily during the day of March 13th 2023 – The other 3 winners will be determined by the redemption of tickets on Socios.com Fan Rewards as explained above. There will be 6 (Six) winners in total, claiming a total of 12 (Twelve) tickets.
Five (5) Winners (“Winner”) will be selected randomly by Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winners of drawing will be notified by text, email, telephone, direct message, overnight carrier or regular mail within approximately twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will randomly be selected from the eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Fulfillment agent must speak with the potential winner.
5. Prize/Odds
In accordance with these Official Rules, Three (3) Winners who enter on the app via the sweepstakes method (the “Winners”) will be awarded the following prize: 2 tickets to UFC 286 on March 18th, 2023 + Special Access to The Weigh In Ceremony (the “Prize”) Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted except by the Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability.
6. General Conditions
Winner may be required to execute and return a Publicity Waiver/Release within three (3) days of notification of the prize, where lawful. Failure to return document timely, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, Winner may be disqualified with an alternate winner selected. The Prize cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash. Unless otherwise set forth herein, each Winner shall be solely responsible for any and all costs not specifically described as part of the Prize including any and all of his/her travel expenses and accommodations. Where permitted by law, Winner agrees to grant Sponsor the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation, appear for, or provide biographical information for use in, any presentation or other activity which may include filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by Sponsor. Failure to make such appearances or grant such rights may result in disqualification with an alternate winner or potential winner selected; and while not obligated to do so, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, bear such reasonable costs and expenses which Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deem appropriate for winner or potential winners to appear for a presentation or other activity. Further, each Winner and entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, their respective affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes.
7. Limitations of Liability
Sponsor will not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, theft or destruction. IN NO EVENT WILL SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AFFILIATES AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any game or any prize, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of these Official Rules or any part of it (each, a “Dispute”), both parties shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party describing the facts and circumstances of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party thirty (30) days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute. Notice of a Dispute shall be sent to: (a) Sponsor, at SOCIOS 8275 S Eastern Avenue, Suite #200-648, LAS VEGAS NV 89123, or (b) winner or eligible entrant, at the address on file for winner or entrant. Winner, eligible entrant, and Sponsor agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent that must be satisfied before initiating any litigation or filing any claim against the other party. IF ANY DISPUTE CANNOT BE RESOLVED BY THE ABOVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE, YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR SUCH DISPUTE WILL BE DECIDED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AS DESCRIBED BELOW. ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS MEANS THAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE, AND YOU WAIVE, THE RIGHT FOR A JUDGE OR JURY TO DECIDE YOUR CLAIMS, AND THAT YOU MAY NOT PROCEED IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. Other rights that you or Sponsor would otherwise have in court will not be available or will be more limited in arbitration, including discovery and appeal rights. All such Disputes shall be exclusively submitted for binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) then in effect, before one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties (or, if not agreed within 30 days of the first party proposing an arbitrator, determined under AAA rules). The Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration. The award determined by the arbitration will be final and binding, except for any right of appeal provided by the Federal Arbitration Act, and may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over the parties for purposes of enforcement. The place of such arbitration shall be the State of Nevada. Any Disputes not subject to the arbitration provision discussed above shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in the State of Nevada and winner, eligible entrant expressly consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts for purposes of litigating any such claim or action. Each participant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of Nevada.
