Temporary changes while the app undergoes improvements

We’re making improvements to the app that will land in early 2024. These changes affect our registration process and purchase journey, so we’re temporarily pausing registrations, as well as Fan Token and $CHZ purchases for UK users until these improvements are in place.

These updates will be completed by early 2024, at which point fans will be able to register and purchase Fan Tokens and $CHZ on the app again.

If you’re already holding Fan Tokens, you can continue using them to engage with the features on the app and collect reward points. You can also transfer Fan Tokens to your Socios.com wallet from third-party exchanges or wallets and use them to interact with the app. All other app functions, including exchanging Fan Tokens against $CHZ and $CHZ withdrawals, remain available.

This temporary pause supports our long-term aim to create the best possible in-app experience for fans.
