How Many Stadiums are There for the World Cup 2026?

The FIFA World Cup 2026 will be staged across 16 stadiums in North America, making it the largest and most geographically spread edition of the tournament to date. Of the 16 venues, 11 are located in the United States, three in Mexico and two in Canada.

Running from June 11 to July 19, the competition will feature 104 matches across 12 groups as 48 nations compete for football’s biggest prize. The scale of the tournament is reflected in the distance between venues, with Vancouver’s BC Place and Mexico City’s Estadio Azteca separated by roughly 4,400 kilometres (2,700 miles).
