TRABZON, 15th September 2020: Trabzonspor, in partnership with Chiliz (Binance: $CHZ, Paribu: $CHZ), have announced that the $TRA Fan Token will launch in a 2 hour sale starting at 15:00 (CEST+1) on Tuesday September 22nd. $TRA will be sold exclusively on fan voting & rewards app Socios.com and the Chiliz Exchange — the world’s first tokenised sports exchange.

625,000 $TRA Fan Tokens at a fixed price of 8 TL (Turkish Lira) will be available in the sale. 425,000 $TRA Fan Tokens will be available on Chiliz.net, with another 200,000 to be sold on Socios.com. $TRA will be sold on a first-come, first served basis. The final number of $TRA to be made available in the initial supply may be adjusted based on demand during the flash sale.

As of October 7th fans will be able to continue buying $TRA, but from this point onwards price will be determined by supply and demand. The total supply of $TRA Fan Tokens is 10 million and will be distributed over the next few years. The distribution method and total supply may also change based on demand.

$TRA Fan Token holders will be able to influence the club straight away by voting in the first poll to choose a new design for the first-team bus.

$TRA holders will have countless opportunities to influence club decisions, voting in many polls each season on Socios.com and earning rewards linked to the club, including innovative digital experiences and real-life activations, such as meeting players and watching games as a VIP when fans return to the stadiums. The $TRA Fan Token will become integral to the fan engagement experience for supporters, with $TRA to also be integrated into the club’s official mobile app in the future.

A Leaderboard feature, where fans will receive rewards points based on how they interact with Trabzonspor through the app will be launched in the near future, allowing fans to compete to become the number 1 fan in their region/country. A Chat feature and Games will also be launched on Socios.com in the coming months. $TRA Fan Token holders will also be able to access exclusive club and sponsor benefits, such as discounts at the club shop and other participating retailers.
