LONDON. MAY 16. Tottenham Hotspur head coach, Ange Postecoglou starred in ‘Answers with Ange’, an exclusive online interactive session for Spurs Fan Token holders to get up and close with the North London team’s boss.
The first-of-its-kind get-together, featured interactive polls, signed shirt giveaways and gave fans the chance to ask Ange questions about his inaugural season at the North London club.
Having scored countless last-gasp goals this season, Ange stressed the importance of fans in the online event, lauding the Spurs faithful for pushing them every step of the way: “The reason why we’ve had so many last minute winners is because our fans have stayed right to the end of every game. They put so much in and it’s a great feeling when they’re singing your name, it’s what gives you the motivation to work hard and keep rewarding them.”
Ange also went on to talk about his most challenging moments of the season so far including losing star striker Harry Kane to Bayern Munich three days before the season’s opening game against Brentford and how young talents including Destiny Udogie, Brennan Johnson and Micky van de Ven have already flourished in the early stages of their careers.
