In our February rewind, we promised a big month of March, and, as we look back at the amount of Fan Rewards, prizes, meet-ups and competitions, we can honestly say: we delivered! Let’s take a look at the brilliant month of March.
Live the Dream – Play at the Civitas Metroplitano
Playing at an elite stadium is every fan’s dream. From being kitted out, to scoring goals at the Civitas Metropolitano, Atlético de Madrid Fan Token holders had it all as they realised their dream!
Yes, your Fan Tokens can really get you that close to your team, and a couple of Atleti legends even joined in on the day. João Miranda helped recreate his iconic Copa del Rey goal, a goal that sealed the trophy for Atlético, while hero Martin Petrov was also on hand to train the fans.
Fan Token holders got a tour of the Civitas Metropolitano, met the legends, trained like pros before heading out on the pitch to re-create a goal, and have a fun and friendly game of football.
Can you imagine scoring a goal in one of Europe’s most impressive stadiums? How would you celebrate it? This happy bunch really lived their dream!
Meeting PSG players
PSG Fan Token holders also had their slice of fun in March with four fans getting the chance to meet their heroes. Apart from meeting them, they got to interview the players, as a sports journalist would. Its the type of Fan Reward that gets fans closer to their teams, and we can’t wait to organise more meet and greets in the near future too. Check out the list of players Fan Token holders met:

Making a mark on El Clasico
Its not everyday that you can make your mark on the biggest football match in the world. Well, FC Barcelona Fan Token holders got to pick the the design for the Captain’s Armband. Well, not only did they vote for a brilliant design, but it served as a lucky charm, as FC Barcelona won the match, and indeed got one hand on the La Liga trophy while doing so!
The Big Game with Harlequins
Two prize winners got to attend a Harlequins Big Game 14 match against Exeter Chiefs, with a full pass. They got to meet the players, walking over to the game together, got to be on the pitch before and after the match, experience match day hospitality like no other and be at the heart of the action on a glorious day out, which all started with a Fan Token!
Saracens Showdown 3
Saracens Fan Token holders were also treated to a fantastic day out at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium. Similarly, they got to meet the players, enjoy fantastic hospitality and we even managed to showcase fan messaging on the in-game LEDs at the stadium. These messages were submitted by Fan Token holders on the Socios.com app and went from the app to the big screen!
Taking penalties at AS Monaco
AS Monaco have had their fair share of legendary goalkeepers. Think about Fabien Barthez, Flavio Roma et all. Their academy is famed for producing top talents, and four AS Monaco Fan Token holders got an inside view on the facilities. They even managed to take part in a penalty shootout with the club’s youth team goalkeeper.
He’s one for the future, and Fan Token holders got an early look in to his raw talents. All it took was a Fan Token, and after acing a quiz, the four winners got their day in the sunshine!
Appollon Corner Flags
Socios.com lets fans impact many aspects of their favourite teams, and Appollon Limassol fans got to pick the new corner flags for the Alphamega Stadium. After the votes came in, a draw was made a four Fan Token holders were treated to a stadium door, and even installed the new corner flags themselves.
Enjoying a Persib Bandung historical tour
Persib Bandung are located in a special part of the world, and we organsed a unique Bandung bus tour, using the official first team bus to educate Fan Token holders about the beautiful city and the history of the club. Fans love to know their clubs inside-out, and doing so while in the first team bus was a memorable experience!
Taking on the Everton and Aston Martin Challenges
Three Everton Fan Token holders won a competition on the Socios.com app to attend a target challenge with three first-team members Demarai Gray, Dwight McNeil & James Tarkowski at Finch Farm.
Each target in place represented a prize that the Fan Token holder could win, like VIP tickets, signed merchandize, SSU and Fan Tokens and the pros helped hit the targets and score the prizes.
Aston Martin fans also had their moment of glory, with a similar set up taking place over at Bodymoor Heath. Emi Buendia, John McGinn & Callum Chambers joined the action, smashing prizes for Aston Villa Fan Token holders.
It’s always memorable to meet your heroes, and doing so in such a relaxed and fun manner made this day one of the most memorable March days!
