The Chiliz Team will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Socios.com app and an upgrade to the Chiliz Exchange platform.
The downtime starts at 02:00 CET on Sunday, 28th November and could last up to 24 hours.
You will be unable to access the marketplace feature in the Socios App which means that Fan Tokens cannot be bought or sold until the systems are fully back up and running.
Withdrawals will also be affected. You will be unable to carry out any withdrawals during this maintenance period.
Please note that any pending orders that haven’t been fulfilled (orders that are stuck due to price fluctuations) will be cancelled before the scheduled maintenance and all Chiliz and Fan Tokens will be refunded.
Please be aware that ALL Chiliz Exchange deposit addresses will be changed. If you are a user of the Chiliz Exchange, to prevent any loss of funds when transferring from the Socios.com app to the Chiliz Exchange, we’ll be removing any Chiliz Exchange saved deposit addresses.
You will need to update your new Chiliz wallet address on any third-party exchange you use. Failure to do this WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF YOUR FUNDS.
