The concept behind the Locker Room is simple. As your Fan Tokens rest in the Locker Room, you will still be able to use all their main features, but you will simply not be able to trade them. Once they are in the Locker Room, their value will continue to fluctuate due to market conditions, meaning their value can even increase.
As soon as you get them back, you’ll be able to trade them as usual. Now, here’s the rewarding part. You can choose between two types of lockers:
A Locked Locker: Placing your Fan Tokens in this type of locker will grant you your rewards immediately. For this season, you’ll score rare and exclusive Digital Collectibles, which are important tradeable assets for your wallet. A Locked Locker will open once the locking period is over, and you will not have access to your Fan Tokens before the opening date.
A Flexible Locker: When you use a flexible locker, you can withdraw your Fan Tokens at any time; however, doing so will forfeit your potential rewards.
Your Locking Dates
The participation period is between the 2nd August – 17th August. During that time you can lock as many Fan Tokens as you want, so top up your wallet to take advantage of the Locker Room. Use the Locked Locker room to bag your prizes immediately.
Once stashed, the Locker Room will re-open on the 15th of September 2024 – granting your reward if you picked the Flexible Locker.
